About Freelance Figures
Freelance Figures is a small, free set of calculators for freelancers, contractors, and online creators — tools that answer specific money questions like what to charge per hour, what a YouTube channel actually earns, or what an hourly rate looks like as a yearly salary. Every calculator runs in your browser and gives you a number immediately. It doesn't ask for an email address, an account, or a credit card to see it.
It's built and maintained by an independent developer — one person, not a company, an agency, or a funded startup. The first calculator started as scratch-paper math I was doing for my own freelance work, and it seemed worth turning into something other people doing the same math could use too. The site grows one calculator at a time, added when there's a real question worth answering well, not on a content schedule.
The mission is honest numbers over impressive ones. Every calculator shows the formula behind its result instead of producing a number out of thin air, and every input is one you control, so nothing is padded to make the output look better than your actual situation. There's no upsell after your result, no email wall, and no “unlock the full report” button. If a number looks wrong or a calculator is missing something you need, that's a bug — see the Contact page and let me know.
